I’ve seen several RMTs over the years to improve my mobility, enhance recovery, and rehab injuries from sports. Rachel is one of the best! Kind, knowledgeable, and very skilled. She not only understands how to address my specific needs, but also creates a relaxing and supportive environment. Every session with her leaves me feeling better, both physically and mentally. She is a very unique therapist that is committed to your healing and works you on her table, this is no gentle relaxation massage or even your usual deep tissue massage. This is treatment!
